Sorry I had to miss the fun. Turns out the event we were scheduled to attend started at 1pm - not 2pm as we thought. We wound up being VERY late. But it was a nice day with friends (even if I did wish I was driving with you guys). Dad put the 924S on the charger and she started just fine. Both cars have been sitting for several months, so it looks like the battery on the 951 has something wrong with it. Especially considering that it's new and the one in the 924S is VERY old. Oh well - NEVR BUY A BATTERY AT K-MART (long story - I generally do NOT buy batteries or anything else at K-Mart). The 951 is back on the charger for the night, we’ll see what she does in the morning.

Becki had to comment: "Those guys are a lot of fun." So y'all can pat yourselves on the back. She was disappointed she didn't get to meet Matt's wife, since she'd seen her picture. Guess that'll have to wait for another time.

George, I'm interested in any pic's you have of the GT-40. Too cool.

Congratulations guys.. The fun run looked awesome. Wish I was there. You guys look good in matching shirts.
I still need info on how to pay for my shirts and get them out to Newport.

I posted pics on the other thread, seems a waste to post them 2 times. Did anyone get one of me hanging out the top of the car? Brian tell Greg thanks for letting me drive the Miata. You guys kept slowing me down!
