Hey Ian if you need bump rubbers, I bought two new ones and am not planning on using them. Let me know. I will let them go cheap. They are still in the porsche package

Hey black944 turbo how much do you want for the bump rubbers? Are they the Koni competition rubbers from Paragon?

Offset wrench..

Remove the top "strut nut", for this you will want a deep 60 degree offset box wrench (22mm - not Craftsman). An alternative to this is to zip it off with an air gun. Be sure to note how the assembly is put together. Remove the top strut assembly and the compressed spring.

Even if nothing else is accomplished, sounds like there will be one hell of a pile of tools and parts to behold at the end...

The only thing we don't have and may need is an air gun, would that be possible to get there?

Anyone have a portable tank and impact wrench?

To really run an impact gun you will need more than a portable tank. I have an impact gun and a compressor but they will not fit in the car. I will see if I can find the right offset wrench, so that we do not need air tools.

Jim if you time us does the winner get a part-time job with the shop on the weekends? I might just help Ian with his and do mine another weekend. I think that working on my car, that would have to be done before I could drive home, would hamper my drinking.
