Default Newbie saying hi.

Hi all. Just bought my first 944 and I'm super happy. I got it very very cheap but it needs a few bits to make it nice. Paint being one, probably why it came so cheap, but also some random bits.
I've been trawling the search so some stuff I know but there will be some bits that I will ask that may have been asked a few times already so apologies.
I'm not new to forums, so I understand the "why dont you just search it you idiot..." So I'll try and be a bit clever. :-)

It's a black car originally but somebody has roller painted it blue and stuck Nyan Cat vinyl on the side. I think it was destined to be a track car.
They have removed the Power steering pump and resovoir .
The boot lock is physically missing. and the Motor isn't connected, so that's annoying.
The interior has nice electric half leather cream seats but the rear seat is FULL leather. is that normal? or could the rear seat have been swapped perhaps?

Anyway. Here is a few pics.

LOL. So I think I've already started off badly and posted this in Technical not the right forum.
Can an admin move it? Fail....

This forum is fine.
That paint job is fantastic.

More likely that the FRONT seats are not original to the car, the rear seats are much harder to replace, Hans and Franz used a lot of glue!

Thanks for that.

It's been rollered on and isn't all that in person. the Nyan Cat is just a vinyl.
It has a fair bit to do to it but it runs and drives just fine. :-)

As for the seats, the fabric is all ripped up. The backs should be easy to fix as they pop out, but the base a lot harder I'd assume as it's sewn to the sides.
