Default Alignment bolt

I am trying to replace frozen bolts because there is no way I can do alignment without breaking them.

I got several questions...

1. is the lower front strut bolt just normal grade 8 bolt?
2. I can use any 12x1.5 lock nut for both bolts?
3. the non-eccentric bolt at the spring plate behind the toe/camber adjustment, are those also normal grade 8 bolt?
4. Other than the rear ride height adjustment bolt, there is only one eccentric bolt for camber adjustment. The toe adjustment bolt is a normal bolt. Is it correct?

thanks

For metric you want grade 10.8.
