Default Rare Find? - 89 944 (euro) automatic with script sport seats

This is a unique/rare combination right? (no affiliation):

Doesn't appear to have a sunroof either.

Very unique combination of options

and adding into the mix, an '89 meaning : big motor.

Those are also KMs not miles..... meaning low mileage. With Script seats, SPORT seats at that, what looks as if a sunroof delete, and having the somewhat uncommonly optioned rear diffuser which came on 951s but was available for all 944s.

Too bad about the after market stereo and the seldom seen automatic. It IS appearing to be well cared for though.

Certainly an unusual configuration, especially the combination of sports seats with automatic transmission. That DME must be quite rare, I hope it never fails!

I thought auto and manual DMEs were identical?

Clean car.

An interesting example with unusual option combination. You always wonder the back story on how examples like this were made. There were 99 M030 sport chassis 968s produced for North America. Just one of them had a tiptronic transmission.

Looks like you are right. I'm not sure why I thought they were tied together.

Not uncommon in Europe, where the car was ordered.

Non-sunroof, cloth upholstery, and sport seats are all quite common in Europe. The auto is somewhat uncommon, but not rare.

What is uncommon is that it's in Canada..
