Balance shaft off by a tooth

I'm not sure what difference it would be if off by one tooth, but my balance shafts were all out of sorts and the vibration was VERY sharp and narrow, between 3850-4000 rpm.

it would take less time to re-time the belts than to run through the equations...
but the simple answer is, pretty close to the "intended" rpm range.
but i know for a fact if the timing on one is flipped over entirely (sprocket installed upsidedown) the vibrations come on strong at 5000rpm

Ok. I'm getting a vibration right at 2000rpm. I did the belts over two months ago and it was ok after that. This just started today. Maybe I'm imagining it.

And yes, v2 is dead-on with the vibration if you get one of the cogs on wrong. Who the hell thought that was a reasonable design, anyhow?!?
