Default 944 power steering Rack part issue, help

I rebuilt my rack and have 2 parts left over!!!!!!!! What a dope I am!

One is a brass washer and the other is the same ID and OD, stainless steel, same size as the center thrust washers.

Have scoured the net and different sites and everyone is clueless.

All experts out there?

HELP!!!!!!!

Yes, that is where I bought the seal kit but nothing shows that I have left over.

Even tried asking them but never got a reply........

Skip ahead to 9:20 on the video. The only thing it can really be is the lower washer for the thrust bearing. I also don't think it is brass, but coated steel. Yours does however look thicker than i remember.

Thanks but no, the thrust washer and the brass are the same ID and OD as the thrust washers in the middle pressure seal with the blue o'rings.

Can't figure this one out.

Just to follow up I did not have either of the pieces you mentioned. However, if it is the same diameter as the trust washers then you now where it goes. Do you have any in/out play in the spool valve, if you were to pull on the input shaft? What year 944/rack are we talking about for reference?
