Default 944 late sunroof seal GB $45 each 944.564.114.04

As part of the quest to make the acrylic roof we undertook the expense of making some of the sub-components to make a complete roof. As we never did get involved with it as another made a version, and we didn't see a need to compete at the price point he came in at.
So we have these just about ready and I will have pictures late this afternoon as they just came back from adding the fuzzey. These are a true reproduction of the OEM seal in that they are not a generic seal modified to fit. We actually reverse engineered the seal and co extruded the profile in the clip.

I will have pictures later tonight.
SO who's up for one?

PS these are the late type 85.5+

Sorry late night, here's the picture, I'll put more in later.

I don't spend much time here lately, and many of you may wonder who the heck is this guy.
I'm the guy that makes the LCD kit for the late clocks on the 944. I also make a ton of 914 parts. I'm Mikey914 on 914World, and the owner of 914Rubber.com

So the wife tells me this evening "oh, that box that has been sitting in the corner is yours"...

For the price I was just expecting a generic extruded profile, but this thing is legit. It has the metal reinforcement band running the whole length and the velvety goodness.

Hopefully the weather will hold and I'll get a chance to install it soon. If you start making rubber for the W460 G, I'm in.
