Helmet Question..
My Current Helmet is a Simpson Super Bandit
It is the very first one released back in 1992
Thus has the following ratings...
DOT
and
Snell 90
The Helmet has been made since then all the way up till 2002 when the Superbandit was disconntinued. The helmet is the EXACT same as my helmet and bears the
Snell 95

So is this helmet acceptable to wear at AutoX events?

My region, OVR, would not allow a Snell 90. Some regions might take a 90. I believe the age issue will get you. Fiberglass deteriorates with time. You could probably find a loaner at an event.
