Are you going to split the sale proceeds with the friend who gave you the car so cheaply?

Nice flip if you get anywhere near that asking price.

No, I told him to give me a price but not as a friend and I gave him a couple of days to do so. It was a business deal and the car had been sitting there for 3 years. If I sell it for a decent profit, I will go back and help him sell the other cars in his yard. This was an experiment and I assumed all the risk so I'm okay reaping the benefits. I will definitely help him make more money though if he wants it.

Yep it's me. We'll see how everything turns out, but I have received a decent amount of interest this far. On Craigslist and Ebay.

Holy Crap. He doesn't even have a rear suspension. The condition of both vehicles are pretty close too. Interesting!
I got 41 watchers on Ebay so hopefully something will go down soon.

So i sold the car for $3500 on ebay. I got my deposit from the gentle man but he is having trouble getting transportation because there are no wheels. Anyone have wheels locally for sale that I can pickup or have him pickup? I need this thing out of my garage because I need to get my girl (944) finished.

Exactly, there was nothing to do in the garage for like a week. All I could do is stare out the window and look at the 944. Now my girl is back in her spot.

Parts I'm contemplating:
original horizontal steering wheel
front struts
Stereo
throttle body boot
windshield
windshield outer molding
Borla exhaust

Ouch man. yeah that was free money for sure. That would hunt me forever too. I keep thinking about pulling the trigger on a 996, but they are such a downgrade from a 993. It's like going from Salma Hayek to Kate Winslet, both are great but one is borderline plus size. We're not going to mention the 991. lol
