Hey Lart- not seeing those on either your ebay store, web site or facebook page. Where could one buy a set, and do you offer them in brown for early sport seats, and as a single seat (rather than the pair)?
Iam out of kits at these moment, depleted my inventory in the holidays.
Mine relaxed quite a bit after about 3 months in the car, there are still a few small wrinkles above the bolsters but it's basically imperceptible against an aged factory seat. Lart, these "shar pei" seat covers actually do look really nice after they wear in a bit.
Also, mine were full-leather, not sure if they even sell partial leather covers.

That's excellent to read, and not the first time I've read that. Have you ever used any sort of product on the leather, or just left them as is?
I would really, really be happy to see pictures of your seats.
That's awesome! I had been looking at those myself, but other fish (like blown head gasket) have popped up to be fried first.
The pics on the site look to me like there is a black cloth backing on them... Like the backs of the seats and the sides would be like a spandex material. But seeing them installed, I guess that's just the way they look laid out flat?
Honestly, how hard was it?
Anyone done some of these on an LQ "Light Gray" interior? Wonder what color matches?
Yeah, it's leather on the sides and wraparoud portions. However, I would ask ahead of time if the behind section will be vinyl or leather beforehand; they are not clear on that and perhaps inconsistent. Anyway, it's a pretty darn good product, and the pics you see are brand new installed, meaning the leather had no time to relax yet. It wasn't hard but it does take some skill and time, as well as patience and focus. You need hog ring pliers and ties, for starters.
I am really happy with how these turned out. Having these new seats in the car take it up a notch!
I treated the fresh leather with some conditioner, which the leather seemed to need. Looks a lot better - hydrated and richer.
These are just cheap cell phone pics, but snapped them 15 mins ago. Take a seat...
When I was doing research on these covers, wondering if they were worth it or if they were junk, I had a hard time finding pictures. So I'm posting 2 last ones for the record. Then I will update in a few months after the leather is relaxed.
Also for the record, you may have trouble with the company regarding mistakes in the order and slow shipping time, but if you are willing to be patient and tolerant you will be able to work with them. They got my order wrong, and even though they paid return shipping it was disappointing and a waste of time. You will also want to verify your order details with them multiple times. It's best to focus your energy on the installation.
I don't see Sport seats mentioned anywhere on the lseat website. How did you choose the correct covers, and do you know if they have covers for the early 944 sport seats?
A1 or A2 option one is sport seats other is standard. A2 is sport seats.
Cyclone is right. A2 are sport.
I do have an update. I am really really satisfied.
The bunching/ wrinkling has basically smoothed out and gone away. People said this would happen but i am still surprised. Its really cool. They look amazing and make my interior so nice. There are no problems at all.
I would go for it! I could post pics but I am in vietnam.
