Default Towing Eyes

Just wondering how many of you 951, S2, 968, guys keep a towing eye in your tool kit?

It's a good thing to have, keeps tow trucks from destroying you car should you have some bad luck and need towing.

Something I've always wondered. The Euro 944 n/a I had you remove one of the bumper pads, and screw the towing eye into the bumper mount.

Where are the front towing eyes for a US 944. I take it they are not the screw in type.

I dont think there is one for the NA

My euro rear bumper has a towing eye port.

My 951 has a towing eye port in the center of the bumper with a small black plastic cover. I need to buy an eye though.

I have one from Paragon. DO NOT be suckered in by the expensive Ebay auctions! So far I have only used it to tie down on the dyno. (Busy knocking on wood!!!!!!!!!) Resides in the car, though.

The guy who towed my car said all P-cars have the screw in towing eye. (He had a bunch of them in his truck for various cars.) Of course, he could be wrong.
