Default Saw for sale: 1986 951 in Chicago, under $7500

Found on CL, I have no affiliation with the seller. Looks like a pretty good deal. Sport seats, fresh "coarse" red paint job:

Sadly no pic of the cluster or the options tag. No Fuchs. Front end is kinda smooshed in. Someone really should have fixed that, it'll probably take $1000 or more off the price.

I like the 86, they have a few differences from the later 951. In my case I prefer a later car with ABS but others like the lighter car and the "deep lip" wheels. I used an 86 as a daily driver for a year or so, it was a pretty decent way to get around.

Lower price for quick sale before storage. $7400 a bargain the paint job was nearly this much.

Hi I have decided to sell my 944 Turbo. The car is in great shape and Just had a very expensive repaint finished and looks great. Guards red of coarse. Well maintained car that runs great. Has factory sport seats a rare option and one that I Love.
These are obviously not the best pics but the car and paint really look great.

I really like these 944 cars excellent reliability and so much fun to drive.

This is a great opportunity for some to make there dream 951. With the paint being new and perfect it will not take much to make this car perfect. Make me an offer before storage for the winter.

No, I am not looking right now, just happened across the ad.

With sport seats I'd wonder about LSD to match.
