Upgrading my sound system since the old speakers were falling apart. I am putting Polk Audio MM461p in the rear since I don't have to worry about clearance issue like in the front. I saw the JL audio 4 inch speakers. I was thinking about putting them in the front. Has anyone tried them? I know my JL's kick *** in my boat. Would the 4s produce nicer sound quality than 4x6's??

Thanks for any help in advance. Oh, one more question... would an amp provide any benefits with such small speakers? I am not looking to blast music. I just want quality sound.
