streckfu:
Here's my recommendation: just get the rear M030 sway bar: the front turbo sways are plenty stiff: remember, stiffen the front and you'll get more understeer.

The rear M030 sway bar runs about $150, which leaves you with $1150.

As Geo put is so gracefully, DE will give you the most improvement to the car: improve the driver. $1k will net you 2-3 all-inclusive DE events: track fees, hotel, fud, gas...etc.

There is no need to mod your car BEFORE DE: you really should learn to drive the car before modifiying it! There are many different driving styles, and to effectively dial in your car, you need to know what works best with your style!

Learn about you, the driver, and what your driving style is, and then mod your car based on your needs, not on what works for others, or what others are trying to sell you.

Ok, I'll get off my DE soapbox,
-Z.

Wise words, Z-man.
I plan to get into a couple DEs next year to improve my driving. I enjoy driving the car on street and am looking to make some upgrades in all areas (engine, suspension, interior, etc).

I'll tell you what, this hobby sure is addicting. My wife joked the other day that she would prefer crack habit over a Porsche habit.....
