peltier's are neat science, but protecting against condensation looks . . .weird, and they need their own power supply . . . still, i'd say less all around hassle than water, since there's no coolant to circulate. i wonder which uses more electricity, though?

I might switch the zalman to my new low power/low noise machine (when I build it) and get a better, but louder, HSF for the Athlon, so I can OC the hell out of it.
