Default what's this called

ive found the oil leak...looks like theres a seal on the top of this thing that starts where the oil fill tube ends...this slopes down to the other thing that has the slits on the bottom when you look at the underneath of the car.
pardon my lack of knowledge of parts and callin them "things" tia

Oil filler\demister O-Rings. Dealer part. Two different part numbers, one for upper, one for lower. You need to pull the intake in order to get to the bolts for the filler/demister, so get new intake gaskets and injector O-ring kits while you're at it.
