It had flaring fenders. It was a 944.

since we are talking about porsches in the movies, I just saw "everything else' and Wooddy Allen drives a sweet 356 convert. It gets a lot of screen time. there is also a 928 in it too. even w/o the porsches I think it's a great movie. anyone else see it?

Definitely a 944, when he leaves it unattended at the airport you can hear someone on the PA say "all 1986 Porsche 944 left unattended will be towed" or something.
OTOH, I just saw "The Core" and there's a red 944 at the bottom left of the screen on a bridge when the space shuttle is about to land.

oh i also remembered - Spy Game - redford drives a sweet dark green old 911, and manages to nicely portray the "porsche purist"-type owner, by managing to gun it on some roads

It's an 912 I think could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it is.

It's a 912. There's one shot where you get a good view of the badge.

No Man's Land with Charlie Sheen has more 911s in one movie, than I've ever seen before. (He owns a Porsche repair shop, and steals Porsches on the side).
