Charlotte Beer Night: October 11th its official
October 11th won the as the date to have the beer night and that will work out great I think, gives us all enough fair warning to set it up, and put it on the schedule.
If people wanted to post here and let me know that they could make it, I'll start to get a list going, and keith if you could get me that email list I'll use that to get in touch with those other people and thet them now how to get there.
If we have enough people I'll go pick up a keg so there wouldn't be any need to bring beer, and then if people wanted to throw in chips or anything else that would work for the food.....
Just keep me post as to who wants to come....

I'm ok with getting the keg it won't be anything to fancy to keep cost down, if anyone felt they needed to give money for it thats fine, but i'm putting on the night so I don't have any problems with buying it. But thank you for the offer I do appreciate it, for all the help I've had from you, keith, and bryan you all deserve a drink on me.

Motorist killed in high-speed wreck
A man was killed in a one-car accident when a speeding Porsche clipped a sign and ran off the road near uptown Charlotte Thursday night, police said.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police responded at the intersection of East Morehead and McDowell streets in Dilworth around 7:45 p.m. and found the vehicle sheered in half.
Police said the car was traveling toward uptown at an excessive speed. A witness said the driver was thrown from the car. Police found a gun at the scene but are unsure if it came from the car. Police are still investigating and had not released any other information late Thursday.
