I think you can just add the wing to your existing hatch glass. Its a big piece, not just the wing part. It replaces the rubber completely.

As for that 968, it might be Cobalt blue. They used it more often on the 968s than they did the 944. It was only offered in 1991 on the 944. The 968 had like 3 years worth of it being an option i believe.

Buckshot, the wing that 944 racing sells replaces the existing wing and the side trim. They have a write up on their site with instructions and details. Tifo here on Rennlist put the same wing (from KLA) on his 85.5 and it looks great. It's around $420.00 IIRC.

Personally i think the wings look better unpainted. Ive seen them painted to match, and just plain black. I just dont like it as much.

Hi Tony, recall our S2' are sister cars off the factory line. Mine is VIN ...107 and yours is ...108? Wish I had a scanner or digital camera to post some pics.

Blue S2, do you have 7" wheels all around? I was just looking at this picture, and it doesn't look as wide as my 8" rear wheels:

Actually, i want to say i have 7" up front and 9" in the back. I will measure tomorrow. If not 9, then its 8". I swear last tight my friend balanced my tires he measured 9." To answer you though, no they are definitely not 7 all around. That picture just makes them look small.

All i have done is clean, clean, clean, maintain, and clean some more. You on the other hand have done a very inspirational job on yours! If anyone, i am impressed! And if my engine looked like yours but with blue and black, ide absolutely loose my mind! If i ever go with the powerhaus engine build up, i will definitely be in contact with you about how to do all that coloring!
