Growing up it was the 959. Love the CGT and 918 too, but after seeing one up close a few years ago it is without a doubt the...

The one I own. 2011 S red/beige. Driving around, I see very few others cars that I'd trade my unicorn for straight up. Exotics like Ferrari and McLaren have more power, maintenance, attention than I need or want. Other Porsches are either "too old" (yes, I like a few creature comforts like ventilated seats) or "too new" (too many buttons, nav doodads, etc.) or in colors that I would not choose. It's good to be happy with what you have. Thanks, Porsche!

I have to go with the 904 as my all-time favorite.

As mytrplseven said earlier, however, my '08 Cayman S is far and away the best car I have ever owned.

the only old Porsche I like is the Beck Spyder w/ a good Subi motor.

like many Rennlisters have said over the past few years,

the F-40 sure as hell is aging better than the 959.....

I knew it was a widow-maker, but Geebus.

and old Walt smiling is just every time he completes a turn and discovers he's not dead.

i think the oldest, fast car that's actually safe to drive is the 1986 944T.

Thats a really good point. Oldest, fastest & SAFE. I'll probably agree with you, but I don't know the line up well enough.
