Looks great, I'd like it better if it was more dull...I hate when my fuchs are too shiny!

They don't look too bad, but my suggestion would be to add some of the black Porsche logo center caps, just my $.02

Makes the car look heavy to me. Try anthracite, platinum or speed yellow. My favs. are anthracite (tad lighter than graphite) or silver.

But then again, do what you want it's your car.

I also think you did a nice job painting them. I am very interested in the process by which you went about painting them.

But personally i like the look of the silver wheels. Most times when i see dark wheels i make some comment under my breath about some tool driving a $80K car with brake dust covering the wheels...but maybe you wont need to clean them as often???
Thats just me

I thought you were gonna paint them anthracite!!

I also am not a fan of gloss black- IMHO it make the calipers/ rotor rust stand out..

I am assebling parts for the rear brake redo as we speak!! I'll prolly be needing your help xboost! plan on a week or 2.. unless I can get them apart out here that is!

Nice paint work, but to me, the black makes the rims look like those plastic hub covers they sell at sears. I think matching the car color works for the lighter colors, or metalic colors, but not black. My .02

Not a big fan of black wheels either. Blends too much with the tires. Hard to tell where the tire ends and the wheel begins. Kinda like the ricer hondas with the stamped still "spares" all around. Guess it wouldn't be too bad with a silver edge though...

Hey I didn't think of that, do you mean kind of like a polished lip look? That would be a pretty cool look and it would definitely break up the solid black against those tires. Nice idea... I'd still grab some porsche center caps though, that would be the icing on the cake!
