Default Which spring to use with 35 or 38 mm Tials?

I've seen a lot of Tials advertising with the smaller spring rates (6psi, I think) and would like to know which is the best to use with a boost controller. My early thought is to use a lower spring rate for low boost use and use the boost controller for high boost needs.

Can anyone using these WGs shed some light on the best way to use them?

TIA,
Daniel
