Hi guys,

I am going to have to remove and repair a fender on my son's 944S (Tarheel944s). How difficult is removing and replacing a front fender? I know there is a seam at the leading edge of the doors on the rocker panel and that there is some kind of filler in there. Anyone done this repair before and want to share tips and tricks?

Not hard to remove, just have to get the bolts in the engine compartment loose, remove the fender liner, and there are a couple of small bolts that are exposed from that angle. Past that you'll need to split the body caulk to remove it. Need a fender, I've got both sides- no dents, black.

take your time!! and cut the undercoating etc off. I tryed pulling mine and ended up buying a new one.
