Default Tyler Texas 944s!

So far I've counted 4 different 944s in town not counting the ones parked at the mechanics downtown.

Any of you guys here?

My mother lives in Tyler. She directs theatre at Lon Morris Academy in Jacksonville. We will have to get together next time I go down!

David, Tyler is in the part of Texas that doesn't FEEL like Texas to us. By that I mean they have season and nonsense like that, I mean it SNOWS there for cring out loud!

Brazzos, nice to have you on the list. Keep in touch, we try to have get togethers, project days, and such. Maybe, just maybe we could get a meet together that would have Rennlisters converge on a central point, say the Spetzil Brewery (Geo, you listening?) in late October, we might get to feel cool air through the open sunroofs and see colorful leaves on trees. I think we need an ADMIN post on this.

Being raised in southeast Texas and having lived/worked in the Houston area for years...the past 3 I have spent in Tyler have been great.
We actually have hills "and" trees here.
...and "Snow"! (Sometimes)

Kevin...I picked my car up the weekend you guys did your recent "work day". I almost showed up but really wanted to get it back up 45 towards home. Picked it up on 1488 just north of you.

I'm open for a cruise or something October 18th. Or November 1st. Between work and Texans home games I'm kinda on a tight schedule at this time of year.

Hey Kevin. Technically that white stuf in your freezer is called Frost, and it's not the same thing as Snow.

Up here are snow comes from the sky.

Guys in Houston, I thought I would give a weather report. Just got back from the CART race in Denver (anyone see Mika Salos crash, I was about 5 feet from that !!!!!) Anyhow, for those looking to turn green with envy, it was freakin' 55 this morning, NICE!!! They are expecting snowfall before the EOM.

Cooler than here. But not much.

And we got a hurricane headed our way.

It's like the whole world has gone turvy topsy or something.

COOL!

I'd love to. I'm not certain I can though. I'll have to play it by ear. Oct 30-Nov 1 I have the SE-R national convention in Birmingham and the following weekend we have the IT national championship at Road Atlanta (looks like I'm driving in the enduro the next day). I may be spending a lot of time prepping the car. Or not since I have the week between the convention and the race to do prep (staying in Atlanta for the week).
