Default Eddlight hinge.......

How does one go about lubing the headlight hinge?

One of my lights is sticky, I can push it up by hand and it stays there. The other one falls back into the fender.

I shot some wd-40 in there where it looks like a hinge, but it didn't do any good. Do you have to pull the whole thing?

I'd say something is broken in the linkage, the light shouldn't just fall down. I'd look at it a little closer.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, the one that works, is "free" moving and the one that dosen't work is "stiffer". I'm checking with the lights OFF, and opening them up manually.

When using the lights in the normal manner, the stiff one opens, but does not close, I can push it closed without any mechanism preventing it from closing.
The "free" one opens and closes normally.
