Aren't all 944 abnormal? That's why "we" drive them. Actually I'll be doing a lot of TT track events and am worried about break fade with the stock calibers. I always thought larger was better or why did Dr. Porsche add the "big" breaks to the 1988 plus turbos?

Chow.

Wow so much info, very much appreciated. Again long TTs with minimum break fade would be the optimum. (Option 090: Turbo motor may be inserted)

Is it pads or the whole systems. So far C-tech pads have worked great but i'm looking for that extra 10ths.

Hacker, the 951 caliper fit the rear of an 87 NA? I have an 88 NA, I would like to go with more brakes. I thought the NA control arm in the rear had a different mounting than the 951? Did you use the rear 951 calipers on the rear or front 951 caliper all the way? TIA

Andy, email me, I'll give you the lowdown on all that. You saw my car last weekend with the brake upgrades so I have a good list of everything you need.

As far as I know the M030 version of the 968 includes cross-drilled rotors, and calipers that are not exactly similar to the ones of the 944S2 M030/951 M030/951S ...
