Exclamation Need to Hire a Mechanic!!

Hi everyone,

We are looking for someone that would like to join our team. The position will be mechanic, and the person will work directly with me as my assistant. We do not require that you be factory trained, or even an ace. We are looking for someone that is versed in the use of tools, and has knowledge of the 944/951/968/928 Porsche Model. Duties will include mostly tear down and prep for re-builds, and general automotive upkeep ie; oil changes, break replacement, keeping the shop clean (includes mopping and sweeping). The ideal person will be available for crewing at the races, and general upkeep of the company sponsored race cars as well.

We need to add this new position ASAP. In our attempts to keep up with the orders and builds, we are adding to the team as we see the need.

Position will start at 15.00 per hour, 8 hour days, one hour un-paid for lunch.

I would like the person chosen to be able to work and perform without direct supervision. Meaning, I ask that you install the engine support for the 944Na, and relax the front suspension for a rod bearing replacement, I would like to know you can do that job. I will be the person that replaces parts and re-builds, while I put you on another tear down.

Any intersted persons can submitt a reply here, or better yet email me direct, we can then set an appointment for an interview. Email me at:

v3r5racer@yahoo.com

Thank you very much!

Unfortunately John, I won't be finished my training until January 2005. Otherwise I would move out to CA so I could work for you.

Wow! opportunities like this do not pop up to often! Good luck with your search. I think there are a bunch of kids on this board who could really benefit from this opportunity! It sounds like there is a lot of potential in this position!
