Default 3800 rpm cutout

Though I did spend a reasonable amount of time searching here for similar stumble threads, I just did'nt find the answer.

Here's what happens:

Just bought the Grey/Burgundy interior Vitesse stage 3 car in the Dallas area. It has a constant stumble at 3800 rpm, first few gears so it can't build boost.

The AFR goes full lean!

The thread that talks about stumble at 4000 says the DME is bad.

What do we think now on my setup?

Thanks a million for any comments too.

Does the vitesse stage 3 have a MAF? Otherwise that sounds like a typical worn out AFM.
