I recently purchased a BRAND NEW 2.7 Cylinder head which is believed to be the last one in existence.

Part number 944.104.310.2R

The Head has MINOR nicks and scratches from being moved around over the years which can easily be corrected but not necessary.

$2200 OBO.

I assume this is the one recently sold 2 weeks ago from Finland? Did you do extra work to it? Port work?

Is this the same one that you purchased from the guy in Finland? He offered it to me for $900. Why such an increase in price?
