Have a Spare set of tires and rims the rims are from a 85 928 16' will this fit on an 88 924s?

What are their dimensions...7 et65 and 8 et52?

If so, probably. If not, if the front 7 has less offset than 65, you will most likely have [narrow body] fitment issues with the outside fender lip.

Since you already have the rims, what's preventing you from simply bolting them up to the car?
