Angry Really Upset................

ok get this...my gear shift lever started feeling a little loose the other day so i decided to order a new one from pelican products.......well i get it in, take out the old and put in the new. well when i was finished with the install, the lever felt EVEN looser than the OLD worn out one?????? i am pissed!!! i took the new lever out and compared it to the old and the pin of the new is WAY smaller..... why the hell would they make the pin smaller like that? i just don't understand and pelican parts will def. hear from me. i put the old lever back in for the time. what do ya'll think?
