Default both front blinkers down

Thanks for reading, here's the trouble:

Neither of the front blinkers flash, whether activated with the turn signal or hazard switch. In case it becomes relevant: the car has 360k and has a fog light and ac delete. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

So far:
- I've swapped the relays
- wiggled the switch and sprayed from the outside with electronic parts cleaner
- moves the harness around in search of a change indicating a short
- checked all the bulbs
- visually checked the ground but did not disassemble
- lived with it for two weeks

Thanks again

I'm going to give the same advice I was given when I was testing electical faults:

Clean the grounds, then troubleshoot the problem if it persists.

I'll check both, and let you know what happens.

And yes 360k, every owner has maintained it very well and drove it like they stole it.

Update:
1) I checked both front grounds, they looked great but I cleaned and sanded them anyway. for now i'm tending to think that may not be the problem.

2) I pulled the hazard switch and it looks like it may not be performing correctly based on the diagram printed on the side.
-Am I correct in thinking that if it has poles that don't connect to anything it is broken?
- Is there a procedure for bench testing one of these I have not found?

New symptom:

for whatever reason my high beam indicator stays on regaurdless of what i do with the light stalk. This points to a wiring harness problem in my eyes. apart from running the harness does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for reading
