Default Steering column removal

I am trying to lower the steering column in the S2 in order to be able to remove parts of the wiring harness. Two screws hold it in, one is a regular hex screw, but the other has a round top and the other end is a square. Does anyone know how to remove this second screw? Thanks in advance!

You can drill them or if you can get in there with a pair of Vicgrips they will work too. It's no fun, I've done it before! They are tamper resistant bolts or shear bolts, you tighten them until the head breaks off to leave noting but a rivet like bolt. Good luck
