Default To Fuba or not to Fuba?

Well I've got to decide soon, do I go ahead and get another amplified Fuba, or do I try one of the unamped Fubas?

Is there a big difference? I'd like to get this over with and not have to work on this dang radio again.

Thinking about JBL GTO526 fronts, Jbl GTO5426 rears.

I installed an amped fuba on my 88 944 n/a. I know it worked well, was able to pick up stations 50+ miles away on my Blau Nevada. I don't know about the un-amped fuba but can tell you the amped fuba was good.

The unamped replicas I sell seem to work great. They pick up a station one county north of me that my friends new GMC truck will not. The truck sits quite a bit higher than the Porsche also.
