Default leaking injector

Why would I have fuel coming out at the base of my injector where it goes into the intake manifold?
I just had my injectors cleaned and new O-rings, washer, and caps installed, and when I started up my car to check for leaks I noticed a small amount of fuel bubbling up at the base of my injector at the #4 cyl. What's going on.

Was the oring/injector hat seated all the way?

Was the injector seated all the way into the manifold?

Did you lube the orings before installing?

What is the color of the injector "O" ring.
Black are the best, usually Viton material.
"standard" and will tear if not oiled as mentioned above.

Took them to an injector shop to have cleaned and tested, and new Black O-rings and the caps put on. When I install them I lubed the O-rings with oil and they appeared to seat well in the manifold. Yesterday, I turned on the fuel pump and fuel and I could hear fuel hissing out and instantly saw the manifold getting wet.

Sounds like a bit of dirt or junk in the hole where the injector seats.

I had that happen and squirted some wd40 in there - got lucky and it sealed it. Also jiggled the injector back and forth a hair to help it reseat itself. I had green color seals if I remember correctly. Came in a kit from Auto Atlanta.
