Hi all,
I have a 1985.5 944 and was wondering if there is any advantage switching to a different spark plug to what the Owners Manual recommends (Bosch WR 8 DS) and if so what plug?
Thanks..

stock are WR7DC not WR8DS . Get the equivalent from NGK ,much better quality than bosch.

Thanks guys,
Are you sure WR7DC is correct for the 1985.5 944? I have the 85/2 Owners Manual in front of me and they say WR8DS or Champion RN10GY
Thanks for the heads up on the NGK, I didn't realize they were better quality than the Bosh.

I use the Bosch WR7DC plugs in my 85. Never had trouble with them.
