Impact or have someone hit the brakes while you take them off.

Lol doug. Thats a common joke in my workplace.

I will use anti seize, the only problem is this is a PO job... and I live with an 88 year old grandpa I will get a neighbor to help out and lock the brakes to see if I can get them loose. have PB blaster marinating in there now. anyone have advice on doing this solo? breaker bar and some kind of stop on the studs? I'm open to anything

You can stick a breaker bar or piece of steel between the lugs and rotate until it hits the ground and stops the hub from turning. Do it in the opposite way to tighten.

One breaker bar on one lug, a second breaker bar on another lug, turn in opposite directions. Thing is that you run the risk of ringing off a post. Or you could rent an air impact setup from a local tool rental place. good luck.

Electric impact from Harbor Freight, with an impact rated socket. PB Blaster liberally applied the night before. Should come right off.

Have someone hold the brake pedal..or stick a screwdriver into the disk(against the caliper) to stop it from rotating.

If they are for sale i'm interested !

I was thinking of trying this route before I read the responses. Seems like it will work that way. Was ready to go until it started dumping all day and then well that football game and then still rain. Maybe I can get out there tonight after work.

Sorry guys. Not for sale. Just going through suspension that the PO set up..
