Default Do you get in trouble for being on rennlist all the time also?

Just wondering if anyone out there has a significant other that is jealous of the time you spend on this site. My wife is trying to limit me to certain times of the day that I can log on. I can't help it I'm addicted.

One other question are there any changes from the 87 and newer N/A that are better than the 85.5 through 86 model. I know of the wheel offset and the 2.7 but is there anything else that would keep you from picking up a nice 85.5 or 86 if there was an 87 or newer that were comparable? Seems like I heard in 87 there were several changes made to different things on the 944's.

87 and newer may have ABS and Airbags - this along with the wheel offset that allows you to use late model Porsche wheels (technology, etc) make it a bit more desirable. Some other not so easy to spot differences that make the later model a bit better is the automatic timing belt tensioner and the 88+ oil pan change (includes better baffling and better pickup). The 89 944na is the only one with the 2.7l engine.

i got caught typing a response while on the phone with the lady... and for some reason instead of a straight answer i sort of spit out a nervous "uuh.." as a response to the "who are you typing to?" snap

Probably this happened because there was something on the news last night about couples "cheating" by being on the computer with other people. This is the daily distraction that the media wants us to think about today - a few days ago it was Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez.

I don't think there is a risk of a romantic relationship forming on this site.. except with our cars.

I dunno, I'm pretty attached to that picture, lol! I keep the window open all day at work. Takes up half of my screen, but with the 200+% of goal I operate upon for cough (14/hr) they don't say anything.

Like I've always said - I type my responses in Coral Word and cut and paste to Rennlist. That way I look like I'm doing "work".

Man, I'm glad I'm not the only one. My wife doesn't think I would cheat on her and she's right. But man does she get jealous of a pretty car. I am trying to get her involved in the sight and Porsche's in general. I would like to become a member of PCA in the future and be able to make it a family thing for us. Maybe pick her up an auto 944 later. Or she could get the 928 that I was debating on. Oh yeah I love ulterior motives.

the series 2 spouse could runs circles around the 'early'

(and we both give each other lots n' lots of space)

My girl doesn't know about rennlist specifically but she does complain that all I ever do it talk about/work on my car. Oh, and I got it blocked on the network at work :\

Yea, used to always hear "you're always in the office on the computer" (on rennlist...) So I set up a wireless network at the house and surf on the sofa in the TV room with the laptop. Now that I'm at least in the same room, get a lot less complaining....

Hey, this isn't such a bad idea.

It sure beats the "traditional" ulterior motive gifts...
