Fast blinking turn signal
Yes, I checked and replaced all the right side bulbs and that is usually the first step. That actually helped a bit as it blinks a bit slower but obviously not the cure.
On a tip, I replaced the relay. That helped a lot, it actually seemed normal briefly. But now, randomly, it blinks a bit fast off and on. When I come off the interstate, it seems ok but when I hit the brakes, it falls back to the speedy pace.
So what's left to try?

Funnily enough, I had this issue when I installed the clear turn signal lenses with amber bulbs. One side began to blink more rapidly after the installation, which I believe is intentional to indicate a fault (like a bulb is out). The bulb wasn't faulty, however.
The remedy was surprisingly simple. I took the bulb out, rotated it 180 degrees, and reinstalled it. Give it a try.

if rotating the bulb fixed it, that tells you that the socket is a cheap copy of the real thing - the bulb's two filaments are different, and the bayonet pins are at different heights so you should only be able to install it the correct way. If you can get it in backwards the socket is not right.
