Default Looking for an old Porsche power wheels electric kid's car

I figured since I frequent this subforum the most, I'd start here and x-post everywhere else.

As you know, christmas is coming up and I wanted to get something special for my daughter. In the past I have seen pictures 930, 964, Carrera, etc. power wheels electric cars for kids. Hell, I'd even be happy with the Countach power wheels that came out in the 80's (or was it 90's?). I've always wanted to get one if I ever had a kid, and well, my daughter is at the age where I think she can start having fun with more than hot wheels and matchbox cars. So I'm looking for older Porsche power wheels, condition doesn't really matter...I can refurbish just about anything, plus I'd like to convert it to 24v (so she can have a hot rodded ride, just like daddy ). If you know someone or have one yourself, I'd possibly like to purchase it. Thanks for looking!

Looking for stuff like this:

Is it electric? I'm kind of steering towards an old power wheels I can put some work into, I'd like to spray it the color of my car. Looks nice though!

In VA, he put local pickup, but maybe you could offer $100 plus shipping? I'll keep my eyes on the local craigslist and pawn shops.

That's exactly what I want!!! Now, since it's local pickup only...are there any RL'ers near Verona, VA that could help a fellow member out? I messaged the guy to see if he will make an exception and ship it to me

It is a Pedal car.

It has 4 buttons on the wheel that make various sounds.

In today's electronic world, kids need all the exercise they can get!

While I whole heartedly agree with you, my daughter isn't big enough for it. I would definitely be interested if she was. Plus, if she really likes this, I want to move her into karting...and so on. I'm trying to get her involved in the whole driving thing, she has great interest in cars already. She climbed in mine while I was working on it the other day...sat in the seat, gripped the steering wheel, grabbed the shift **** and started making "vroom vroom" noises...not bad for only being a year and a half old...my heart skipped a beat and I shed a single tear...lol
Future Sabine Schmidt right here...

This car makes vroom vroom noises and the seat is adjustable so as she gets bigger you can move it back.

I can make a video and send it to you if you would like.

Sure I'm kind of set on an old school electric 911 turbo, but If i can't find one this could be a viable solution.

I had one back in the day. Wish I still had it. Very cool car. My dad bought it as he had a 914 and a 944S.

Some pictures of it. I am 21 now.

I few months before the little princess turned two I leased a new GTO. We of course called it by its proper name "Goat". One day I said lets take the Goat to wherever we were going.

She sad goats go baa, goat car goes vroom. I shed a tear jut thinking about that tender moment.

She topped it the day I bought the M roadster. she pointed to the Ms on the car and said it will be her car in 7 years when she gets her license because M is her initial. I guess I trained her too well!

She also has a pink C5 pedal car that she wont let me get rid of.
