951 Trans cooler issue...help
So I installed a 951 box with lsd and an oil cooler. I took the car around the block a few times and everything was fine, then I did it again yesterday and the trans oil cooler line popped out of the pump, dumping fresh Redline MT90 in a line around my block and into my driveway. I took it off and put a new o ring in and pressed it back. I just took it out again and sure enough, the same thing happened. What do I need to do? Does anyone sell a block off plate? Has anyone done a diy fix? Thanks for the help!

The cooling coil is not a press fit piece. There is a small flat plate that bolts to the transmission case to hold the cooling coil in. You must be missing the holding plates.
BTW. How did you clean up the line of oil on the neighborhood streets or do we have to call the EPA on you?

It's p/n 016.301.161 - and you actually need 2 of them (one on each end of the cooler loop).
If you's missing only one, you might be able to fabricate it using the other one as a template.

Awesome, I'm ordering 2 of them and will make a template for future needs. I am missing both of them, they might have got lost during shipping or they fell out when I was unpacking the trans. Thanks! 944online has them for a great price.
