Been gone A While - What Happened to the Board?
THis has probably been discussed to death. But when did these changes occur and why? It looks pretty good, but I feel awkward moving around it. Anyone?

It's been about two days man. We're all still getting used to it. I think this upgrade has been long in the making for speed purposes(and probably others). Welcome back!

I woke up one morning and saw this too. Shucks, I thought the other board was OK. I'm trying to figure out how to log off this thing, can't find the button for it. Asked the webmaster, but no reply. How are you doing it?

Log off? I don't log off. I just bail out! I've always done it that way. Is that a problem to anyone? I just hity that big 'ole X in the upper right and I'm gone.

I don't believe the big ol' red X logs you off! I think you're still linked. That's why the "Post A Quick Reply" window always shows up at the bottom of this thread list. The old board had both "log on" (with username/password) and "log off" buttons, and the quick reply screen disappeared when you logged off. Always got a thank you reply screen from the webmaster for doing that......not sure if this is an issue or not.

Hi Russ....
Sorry about that - I did get your note, but have been a tad, ummm "busy"
Anway - go to the opening page here:
https://rennlist.com/forums/
Bottom right hand corner - you'll see:
"Log Out | Mark All....."
Just press the Log out... Honestly - there isn't a reason you need to "log out" - even if you want to "log in" from several places at the same time. The "Log Out" simply clears your login cookie from that session..
HTH,
John D.
