OK, who did I see..EDIT! Mystery solved due to the POWER OF RENNLIST!
Was driving to work, saw a 83 944, gold, with cookie cutters and rear light panel. Car was in great shape, with a license plate that reads "NINE 4T4".
I waved and honked, but since I was in my daily driver (a gold Pathfinder), my attempt went un-noticed. Man, you'd think that little "Porsche Support Vehicle" decal would have helped me out a bit....
I was out near the Dayton Mall on Lyons Rd.
Anyway, was that a Rennlister?

Believe it or not, I got a phone call this afternoon from the guy that drives that gold 944 I saw this morning. I guess his son in Kansas lurks on Rennlist, saw my post, and called him. He then went to my profile and with some investigative work got my work phone number and called me.
His name is Larry. He works right around the corner from me. It only has 51K on it and he drives it once a week or so. Does all of his own work. He is interested in hanging out with some local 944 guys. I told him about the Kruezin and he was bummed that he missed it!
What a small world, eh?!

We need to organize our "Southwestern Ohio GTG-2".

Slow down around Salina on I-70 (about the middle of Kansas), the Highway Patrol Training Facility is in that town. There is a couple of sections of construction, but not too bad. Look me up in Kansas City if you need to take a break from driving. 913.706.7073

my car is going back in the body shop very soon and I really want to add some kind of intercooler ducting into it...do you know where they sell those 924 turbo plastic vents? Its that or a SFR cut piece I suppose...
