Big customer service shout out
I just have to say that most vendors in this community are great, but there are two that went above and beyond recently.
1. Rennbay, I have a set of track ball joints I purchased about 6 years ago. They are still going strong, but the boots stopped staying down. I called rennbay and was told that he could get me the boots and discount them even though the issue is probably due to age. I was blown away at this gesture.
2. Motive products. I have a motive power bleeder and love it, but I was stupid and loaned it out to a friend that managed to loose it with brake fluid left in it for 1 year. Well needless to say this was not good for it. I called them and they sold me new line and a seal my friend lost. They also walked me through how to get the pump working again. Unfortunately the pump had been destroyed, so I called them back and they gave me a new pump and shipped it free of charge. This is outstanding considering the damage was due to an issue that had nothing to do with the product and was completely on me for loaning it out. Not to mention I have owned it for many years.
This shows that there are still good people and companies that care.

Travis at Rennbay is the freaking man...everybody should know this! He's cut me breaks on prices when I've been in a pinch, he's great for bouncing technical problems off of and often has ideas or places to start looking in terms of diagnostics...and he is finally sending me my free stickers!

Travis has always been willing to help and has supported me countless times... and is one hell of a nice guy in person... great products, great prices...
And as for Motive, I left brake fluid in my own and it ate the lines... but will call them (and will gladly pay for my own stupidity...
