If yes, which type of Map-Sensor is needed (1bar or 3 bar?)?

I know NA Tune and my car runs great with it, but I wonder if a MAP sensor, installed additionally, could be a further option.
M-Tune is a MAF conversion with a 3Bar MAP sensor addition. So if I understand those things correctly, the DME may alternately use the mass airflow sensor or the MAP sensor to detect the intake airflow. This technology helps to adjust fueling and ignition according to the different engine loads. For example: Low manifold pressure, low rpm in an unloaded condition vs. higher manifold pressure (further open throttle but not WOT), still low rpm but heavily loaded condition.
So could it be that NA-Tune respectively the new DME supports the installation of a MAP sensor for a NA application?
