Default Silly Bolt Size and Type Question

It appears that the last person to work on my 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo didn't finish securing the under belly shroud that goes from front bumper to batwing (I am new to the 951 so forgive my ignorance on correct naming convention). There are three bolt tabs that connect this shroud valance to the batwing and go into clips I believe which are probably the type of bold that has a cone at the end.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the type, size and thread count so that I could track down three and secure the piece. The attached picture should clarify the tabs I am wishing to secure to the underside of the car. I live in a rural area with no real Porsche resources so I am asking the silly question here! LOL
