SM,

I took a hack saw to the lip / edge of the compression fittings to get it started. Then I took a vise grip or plier to twist and peel off the crimped fitting. You probably don't want to use any power tools since you are working near fuel. Be careful and good luck.

The only diffrence from the SFR fuel lines and the pics posted above are the fittings.

I will be first to say that if I had the stock lines on my 951 when it caught fire, I would have lost a lot more than I did. The lines did leak after it burned for a while, but that is expected from the heat expanding the rubber. The return started to leak at the firewall and allowed a little fuel to spill out causing a good poof of flame. I probably did not have the clamp tight enough.

As far as the rest of the line, it was charred and that was it. Both lines still hold pressure. Well worth the money. (or you can make your own for $60 and deal with cutting the braids and hope you don't ruin it!)
