Dry, without axles, I believe my 88 standard weighed approx. 115 and 132 after packageing consisting of some 2x4's bolted accross the bell, lots of paper, a card board box, and lots and lots of duct tape. I shiped through fed-ex ground for about 54 bucks and that was from pheonix to a jersey commercial address not a res. 75 lb is limit for a res, 150lb for a comercial address. Fed-ex gave me several loops to jump through and didn't ship until after 5 attempts. It seemed as though the locall office really didn't want my package, every time it was a new regulation or even things contradicting what I'd been told before. Must be in a box not a pallet or it will go as freight, Don't go freight, that'll be about 10x the price. Hope this helps.
