1983 Porsche 944
What is the best tire size to run on my '83 944 NA? When I purchased the car, it had 225/60/15

Should I stick with this size or go with 205/55/16's?

Anyone experience in this matter is greatly appreciated. Car has the original "cookie cutter" rims. Thanks.

You're not gonna be able to run 16s on the stock rims, you realize...

Stock was 215/60-15 in '86, I don't think it changed from '83 up. 205/55-16 is the correct size for 16x7 rims (used for front wheels, 225/50-16 on 16x8 rear)
